Kelly Packard

Kelly Chemane Packard is an American actress who starred in the TV shows Baywatch, California Dreams, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!.

Packard also appeared as a contestant, and won $3,200, on Card Sharks as a child during "Kids Week." She also appeared on infomercials for Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo product, "Billy Blanks Boot Camp."
