Instantly Freeze A Beer Bottle

This trick is accomplished by cooling a bottle of beer in a freezer till it’s below zero degrees. 30 minutes to an hour should do. Then while holding the neck you need to shake it or tap it on a hard surface. It should then instantly freeze up. The effect is called supercooling. Isn’t science fun kids?
