How To Turn Off Google Personalized Search Results
Google has previously said that the only way to turn off personalized search results was by logging out. Well it turns out that’s not the case.
According to Matt Cutts, all you have to do to bypass personalized results is add “&pws=0″ to the end of a search string.
For example, assuming you are logged in, a personalized result would be:
http://www.google.com/search?q=blogging
And the following would be an example with personalized results turned off:
http://www.google.com/search?q=blogging&pws=0

Does that mean you have to manually add this for each search?

I think you should do it manually, Digitalnomad. I have tried it, and I need to add it manually.
I wonder if there is other methods to turn it off?

There is a plugin for Internet Explorer and Firefox that was just released. You can get it from here:

Yeh some comments have been getting through Akismet. It’s really annoying. I might have to go back to moderating comments again.
