ProBlogger.com for sale on Ebay
As of this moment there is 11 hours left in the auction and the bidding is at $1000. The reserve hasn’t been met and I think it’s unlikely it will be.
Update: The auction ended at $4,050 but the reserve wasn’t met.

I thought that was the problogger then (as in .net). Was thinking $1k wasn’t very much!

Even for this domain 1k is cheap. But I doubt that’s anywhere near the reserve price.
It doesn’t look like anyones going to touch this anyway. I’m sure Darren (problogger.net) would love to have this domain but whoever owns it is obviously looking to cash in big with this.

This domain is worthless IMO, no one else can really use it, you would look an idiot!
I shouldn’t think Darren cares less, he has all the traffic / google goodness, so what if its not .com
I think they are wasting their time…

I wouldn’t say it’s worthless. You could make money off it but whether you’d want to associate yourself with that sort of behaviour is another thing.

You must be kidding, the traffic to this site is worth several thousand. I put a bid to $2K but I guarantee I won’t get it.

I think 1K is cheap. The buyer can park that domain and put Adsense for Domains there and make some good money out of it.

Hadn’t seen this, interesting auction. It went for just over $4,000. I’d have thought it was worth more.

Interesting! I would have thought $4,000 was reasonable for this domain. In the right hands, it could be rather profitable.

If someone does buy it and try to use it they will have many instant enemies…not a good way to start out.

It was just over 4000 then when I checked. Thats an awesome price for a domain name. However what do you think the reserve on that domain would be?
March 19th, 2007 at 12:13 am
it ended at $4,050 but the reserve wasn’t met. i don’t think the name is worthless, bc someone could park it and just throw ads on it. daily mis-spellings for ppl looking for pb.net is prob in the thousands.
did u see someone else listed “blogfeelings.com” for a BIN of $20k? i don’t think that name sounds all that great. lol

It’s a tragedy how so many good domain names have been parked.
20k for blogfeelings.com. They are dreaming.
