Some links for the day
I’m feeling absolutely exhausted for some reason so I’ll try to make this brief. Here are a few things that caught my eye today.
Sylvester Stallone was held for two hours at Sydney airport after customs officers found banned drugs in his baggage. Apparently they were bodybuilding related. That doesn’t surprise me considering how inshape he is in the new Rocky movie.
Plans are afoot to reunite Anglicans with the Roman Catholic church.
Microsoft has employed an ice house display to promote Vista in Russia. I wonder if this will convince Russians to buy legitimate copies of Vista instead of just pirating it.
And last of all here is a video of a mobile phone interface powered by nVidia’s GoForce 5500 processor.

I am an Anglican working in a Catholic school in Brisbane. Out local Archbishop is one of the co-authors of the report on unification so I thought I would leave a comment and a reference for further reading.
The feeling of the average person here appears to be “not in our lifetime” which seems to me to be a very negative reaction. A better comment on the report from a local priest I overheard was “we are united under God anyway”.
Here is a link to the follow up from the Archbishop:
